📝 Returns & Refunds – Summary

Returns and refunds are accepted only for genuine design implementation defects
(such as incorrect engraving or manufacturing faults).

Please raise your request within 3 days of delivery and include clear proof
(photos/videos). Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
and may take 1–3 weeks to reflect, depending on banking timelines.

Not eligible: Custom or approved designs, color tone differences, or packaging variations.
All returns and refunds will be processed in line with local country regulations.
