- Use steady, centered pressure (hammer / press / heat) to avoid edge damage.
- Avoid over-striking โ excessive force can deform the design.
- When heating, warm gradually to avoid thermal shock.
- Periodically inspect edges & details; if needed, get professionally re-polished.
- Always use a clean, flat backing surface and well-prepared material for best results.

Returns and refunds are accepted only for genuine design implementation defects
(such as incorrect engraving or manufacturing faults).
Please raise your request within 3 days of delivery and include clear proof
(photos/videos). Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
and may take 1โ3 weeks to reflect, depending on banking timelines.
Not eligible: Custom or approved designs, color tone differences, or packaging variations.
